IPC360 Home mobile app offers users a convenient way to experience the comfort of home, even when they are away. With a global network of stream servers, users can easily access their home security on their phone or tablet through live video streaming, audio monitoring, and two-way communication.
Automatic Renewal Service Policy
- By subscribing to and using the Cloud Plan automatic renewal service ("the service"), you are agreeing to the following rules:
- If you do not explicitly cancel the service during the subscription period, the service will automatically renew 1 day before each period expires. The subscription fee for the next period will be deducted from your account balance, such as your pre-defined recharge account, linked third-party payment account, bank card, or communication account, thus extending your membership validity. It is your responsibility to ensure that your accounts have sufficient funds and are in good standing. Any risks or losses resulting from failure to renew due to account issues or insufficient balance will be borne by you.
- The subscription period has no expiration date unless you cancel the cloud plan subscription.
- Puwell reserves the right to adjust service prices. If there is a price adjustment, you will be notified in advance through announcements on the site or via SMS. If you disagree with the price adjustment, you can cancel the automatic renewal service according to these rules. Otherwise, subsequent charges will be based on the adjusted fee. If you cancel within 24 hours before the period expires, the relevant entity may deduct the service fee for the next period based on the adjusted fee before stopping the automatic renewal service. If you reactivate the service after cancellation, the fees will be based on the current displayed rate.
- To unsubscribe from automatic renewal service using Apple in-app payment (IAP), follow these steps: Open "Settings" on your Apple device, go to "iTunes Store and App Store," click on your "Apple ID," select "View Apple ID," navigate to the "Account Settings" page, click "Subscriptions," and select your Cloud Plan subscription to cancel it. Failure to cancel the automatic renewal function 1 day before the subscription period expires will result in automatic renewal and deduction.
- Puwell may stop providing automatic renewal services based on its operating strategy. In such cases, your Cloud Plan service will terminate on the expiration date of the current service period.
